Wald Pauls

Wald Pauls heads up both the Evangelism and Discipleship departments at New Hope. He is the brains (and some would say beauty) behind many of our signature events such as SummerFest and Nativity Festivity. If you are new to our church Wald is likely one of the first people you'll meet, as he makes it a personal mission to ensure every person who walks through the door is welcomed and feels at home.

  He works with a great team of volunteers to create opportunities for newcomers to get to know about our church, and to start to make meaningful connections with others in the New Hope family. Wald gives leadership to our Life Groups ministry, and also helps various families and individuals navigate the rougher waters of life, with both counseling and prayer ministry.
  
  "Wald" is also the generally accepted answer for the question "Who knows where/what/how ________ is/was/should be/happens" amongst New Hopers. Wald has attended Bethany Bible Institute in Saskatoon, and has spent more than 30 years in Christian service, including 7 years as a missionary in Peru. Wald and his wife Nancy are currently serving as key members of the launch team at New Hope North End.
