Nathan formally joined the New Hope staff team in July of 2016. Prior to this Nathan worked as a national recruiter with Ernst & Young. Nathan oversees our New Hope operations as well as our Connecting ministry.

If you are new to our church Nathan is likely one of the first people you’ll meet, as he makes it a personal mission to ensure every person who walks through the door is welcomed and feels at home. He works with a great team to create opportunities for newcomers to get to know about our church, and to make meaningful connections with others in the New Hope family.

Nathan earned his BA in Psychology from Brock University in 2008. Prior to joining New Hope Nathan spent over 8 years in a variety of relationship building roles in both the public and private sector. He has also been volunteering in the Senior Youth ministry at New Hope since 2007 while serving in many other areas as well. Nathan is blessed with his 3 children and is married to his amazing wife, Ally Braun. It has not been verified but rumour has it that while at museums Nathan is always allowed to touch the art. His organ donation card, also lists his beard. When in Rome, they do as he does. He is, one of many interesting people at New Hope.
